The only good things was the toast - I made that myself & the Sandton location (if you ignore the fact it's on the wrong side of the carriageway).
The hotel is is a dreadfully managed state and almost everything is wrong. As a business traveller, I don 't think I have ever stayed in such a poorly appointed hotel

Very poor, would not recommend. Dirty, falling apart, no hot-water for two nights and no heating. They did refund stay but would never stay there again.

Great location, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The view from the room was pretty cool too. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The room was incredibly small, with barely enough space to walk around. The bathroom also had some plumbing issues that left a bad smell.

The location of this hotel is unmatched in the area. It is situated in the heart of the bustling city, close to all the best restaurants. You won't have to worry about traveling far to enjoy a delicious meal.
One downside is the lack of variety in the breakfast options.

Location
The room was so old, need renew. There was no option for a meal or even a snack at 22h20, too early for a hotel located in a capital. The pictures on the website doesnt reflect the real condition of the hotel.

Convenient location close to restaurants and shops in the heart of the city. The on-site restaurant, PABLO, offered delicious food and had impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.- The hotel's hygiene and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay.
While the mattress was described as a "WOW," it was not as comfortable as expected. The hotel lacked certain amenities that would have enhanced the overall experience.

Although their installations are simple, all the staff are attentive and friendly. The cost x benefit besides their location are excellent!!!
